Featuring Emily White, Klahoose and Tla'amin First Nations
Emily White is from ƛoʔos and ɬaʔamɩn nations. She lives on ɬaʔamɩn gijɛ with her dogs Gus and Spud, enjoys spending time with her family and on the land, and is a multi-disciplinary artist focussing primarily on beadwork, while also spending time quilting, weaving, and potting. During the day, Emily works in treaty implementation and intergovernmental relations with ɬaʔamɩn nation, and is also an elected councillor for ƛoʔos First Nation. Emily has also has the immense priviledge to work with Culturally Committed in various capacities over the last four years.
